Default Linking forms: Master/Child Links

I am trying to link 3 forms together. I managed to get the "Main" form to
link to the "SurgCathFindings" form. The main form holds the patients
demographics. The "SurgCathFindings" form contains info about the persons
surgery/caths. The problem I'm having is linking the "EchoFindings" form to
the "SurgCathFindings" form. It links to the "Main" form and will not let me
attach it using the master/child fields to the "SurgCathFindings" form. I
don't know if it matters but the "SurgCathFindings" form and "Echo Findings"
forms are on a tab control page.

The date of the procedure will be an identifier because one person may have
more than one procedure. The Echo findings needs to connect to the specific
procedure date and to the specific person.

I'll guess that you are trying to do this from within the main form.

Try opening the subform ("SurgCathFindings") in design view and placing the
"EchoFindings" (sub-sub-)form within it as a sub-form). Then put the
"SurgCathFindings" (sub-)form in the main form.
