Default How do I turn off Auto Complete from saving email addresses

I love Auto Complete but only for the email addresses I have saved in my
address book. I send hundred of other emails to people not in my address
book, nor do I want them there.

I know I can physically go through and delete those email addresses from my
auto complete, but what a hassle. Isn't there some way I can stop Auto
Complete from saving those email addresses in the first place? If I wanted
them saved obviously I would put them into my address book and save them thus.

With Outlook express one can do this, just tell it not to save the email
addresses one sends emails to.

Help! I can not spend hours a week deleteing email addresses from Outlook
because the program deceides that for some silly reason I want that address
saved. If I wanted it saved I would put them in my address book.

Seems like a simple solution to me. You should be using autoresolution
(Automatic Name checking) instead of autocompletion (Suggest names). You've
posted no information about your versions or configuration, so I shall
assume you already know the difference between these two features and how to
configure them. If not, read the KB or Help files.
