input mask problem

Hi! My name is Hector and I been working on a Data Base I need to do for my
work the thing is we have to do an spread sheet so we can fill out some
information but im having some troubles creating it and this are they

the first one is that there is one field in wich i need to place
city/state/zip code (like this is for sending letters I need to place this
information) now I need it to place the first letter on caps letters the rest
on lower case in city on state i need it on capital letters and the zip code
on numbers so I tried with this input mask aaaaaaaaaaa\ LL\ 00000;0; now
my problem is that after all ther persons that need to work on this database
have done with there work I need to merge it to an excel program and there
should not be other than one space between each word for example should look
like Dallas TX 75006 but it actually do like
Dallas TX 75006 and i need to fix this so I can merge and send all of
this letters now besides that i have other problems the thing is i Have 4
tables that needs to be work on each of the data base and i need to export
the information of the 4 tables in one excel sheet with 4 diferent tabs one
for each one of the tables and other question wich is the last one if there
is one way that 11 persons can work on the same database simuntaneously and
each of them place different data on any of the 4 tables without lossing any
of the information from any of the persons or do I need to create different
databases one for each persons and after join all of the databases in only
one? and if that is the case how can I do it?
Please if there is someone out there who can help me with this I would
greatly appreciate since I need to finish this as soon as posible now if
there is someone who thinks can help but needs more information about my
database just let me know and I will send it to that person thank you so much

A helpful hint when asking questions of strangers in a news group who
may be in other countries and of different cultures it is to your
benefit to ask your question so that any potential responder can
easily and accurately understand what it is you are asking it may be
