email newsletter for blind
Is there a way to take a publisher document and email it so that all text is
readable by a software reader? When I send my newsletter, it becomes a jpeg and a JAWS reader cannot see the newsletter for those whom are blind that are to receive it. Is there any way I can send this document so that all text stays text? Thanks, Todd Morgan morgancreative |

Thanks, Todd Morgan morgancreative =============================== Since graphics are not necessary in a publication for the blind...why not create a text only version? Then you could paste it in an e-mail message as simple text. Or....possibly you could e-mail a .pdf file... Try this... Download and install the following free PDF Creator. PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com/ With your new program installed...open your project in Publisher and go to...File / Print. On your Print screen...open the drop window and select PrimoPDF as your printer. Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen and you can browse to a save folder. When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created in your save folder. The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer that has the free Adobe Reader installed. -- John Inzer MS Picture It! I think you only get the choice of voice with Macs.

It has been a bit since I checked but I thought there was only one male
voice. I'll have to check. Nope - I don't even get a choice and yes, I have Reader 7.0.8. The Help file says it uses the available voices installed on your system. Maybe it's because I have the Speech aspect of Office turned off? -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Don Schmidt" Don Retired wrote in message ... I just checked and nothing I do will allow me to change the voice. Where are
you getting MS Mary? Even Windows doesn't offer me her. I can use LH Michael, LH Michelle, Microsoft Anna, or Microsoft Sam. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "JoAnn Paules [MVP]" wrote in message .. .
