Default how to find the URL of a visio diagram?

I have a VISIO diagram that I intend to share in one of my folders, but I
couldn't find the URL to the diagram. I know that the address of the diagram
location can be displayed by enabling the WEB option in the toolbar menu. But
that didn't come to my rescue either. Please help.

Please help me set this option up in both VISIO 2007 & 2003.

Thanks a bunch.

This isn't Visio specific but more how to address any file in a share.
Google for "unc share name"
