Default How do I set up a doc to move to different tabs to insert info?

I am trying to figure out how to add different fields to a document, so I can
just tab along and enter the correct information kind of like a spread sheet.
I don't know how to do this and needs help!

You will want to use your Forms toolbar and then protect the
document. There are several good tutorials on creating and using
Forms at http://www.mousetrax.com/TechPage.html Look for the
series called "Please Fill Out this Form" (about 1/2 way down the
page). You can skip part 5 since that deals with connecting your
form to a database.
