Default How do I set up multiple voting buttons in an email?

I need to set up a schedule of meetings for a panel. I would like to send an
email with voting buttons for the panelists to indicate preference of times
and of days to meet. For example, an individual would indicate choices by
voting:

Monday: no
Tuesday: yes
Wednesday: maybe

8:30 - 10: yes
10 - 11:30: maybe
