Recently rolled back IE 8 to ver 7 for Cdn Income Tax compatability.
Cannon Pixma iP2600 installed.
OE6 only prints the message down to the subject line.
Body of message is missing altogether.

Thanks Michael

The key 'Use StyleSheets' does not exist in registry as related in KB272518
which means you are able to use style sheets.

My assumption is that the problem exists with the roll-back of IE 8
since web pages are blank when I use IE 7.0.5730.3 for print preview.
It may disappear again when I reload IE 8
after fixing up my Canadian Income Tax.
Using FireFox 3.0.10 for web page printing at moment.

Work-around for OE 6 is to copy to clipboard
and use notepad on selected message body text.

Is MSIA (Microsoft Software Inventory Analyzer) installed?

If MSIA isn't listed in Add/Remove Programs, it's probably not installed.
Moving on...

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)? Were any of these applications running
in the background when you installed and/or uninstalled IE8?

Has a Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on this machine
(e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)?

Just asking for now!! Do NOT use such a Restore Point yet!! = Do you have
an available Restore Point which predates the install of IE8?

Still need IE ver 7 to be functioning at moment.
Http:// www.cra.gc.ca required it last time I tried with IE 8 and they
detected & refused browser.

1.MS Windows Firewall installed & was running.
2.Current Anti-Virus is 'F-PROT for Windows' & was running.
3.Unsure about a restore point date.
4.SoundMax was running.
5.Intel Active Monitor for motherboard was running.

All other services that are automatically installed were running, such as
IPS connection svchosts. Shaw Cable connected through proxy server to network
for this stand-alone computer.
Realplayer quickstart task may have been running as it is default Media
player.
Not sure when FireFox quickstart task began as I never noticed it before.
MSNmessenger quickstart task is there now and also not sure when that
appeared.

Never have had any difficulties with F-PROT AntiVirus interference as it has
extremely low overhead from Iceland programmers. Using it since 1997 or
longer, whenever Sygate free Personal Firewall finished up it's availability.

Windows Defender slowed down my computer too much so quit using it after one
week trial many years ago.
