Default Maximum file size

I haven't been able to find any informtion on Microsofts
KB about the maximum file size for a PPT file. I have a
user that has a 31mb file. The contents of the file are
just pictures that have names attached to them. Lately
she is noticing that when she saves the file, it isn't
actually saving all the information.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only limit is the combined resources on the system, and 31MB is usually
not too large. The best thing you can do is have the user go to Tools
Options Save and turn *OFF* Fast Saves. Also, have her visit the
following links and employ the advice the

Don't do this with PowerPoint. Seriously.

Her images may be too large, so send her here for information on optimizing

Finally, caution her to keep a backup of her presentation. The free

make this painful.
