Default Synchronizing OE 6 w/ MSN Hotmail Plus

I successfully established an HTTP Hotmail Plus mail account and an NetZero
POP 3 mail account in OE6; however, I'm having two slightly different kinds
of synchronization problems:

1) Hotmail Plus - Mail is automatically sent to my Hotmail Inbox at OE6 but
it does not populate my OE6 Inbox after synchroniziation. I set up two sets
of identical folders--one set for OE and one for Hotmail because of my
NetZero account--see below.

2) Net Zero - Only the mail in my NZ Inbox gets sent to my OE 6 Inbox. Mail
in other folders (ones I set up or others like Sent, Draft, ect) is not
forwarded after synchronization. To get mail in the right folders, I have to
manually move it.

Do I really need to have two sets of the identical folders to accomodate
Hotmail and NetZero in OE6? Also, why can't I synchornize folder-to-folder
from NZ to OE and I think this is also the case with Hotmail to OE.

Any help would be surely appreciated as I could not find anything on these
specific issues at MSN.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
