Copy and Paste hidden rows

Default Copy and Paste hidden rows

I would like to copy from one worksheet that has hidden
rows, and paste to another worksheet not including the
hidden rows. So only paste the data that is showing (not
hidden) from the first worksheet. Is this possible?

Hi
after selecting your range hit F5m click 'Special' and choose 'only
visible cells'
now copy and paste your data
