Default How do I do the following...

Create a geographical directory by adding branch office
address, telephone number, and manager name data fields to
the geographic map shapes in a map representing your
company branch locations.

Please help!

well, you could consider adding custom properties to the shapes that you are
using (or a custom property set). You might also consider using something
like MapPoint which is whole lot more appropriate.
