How do I restrict review for a shared calendar?
When sharing a calendar with the default reviewer, I need to be able to limit
the reviewer's options. I want them to be able to read the description and location of the appointment, but not be able to double-click on it and open it up to see furhter documentation or attachments. I have examples of both that appear to be set up the same - with one I can double-click and open the meeting, with the other I get the message "Can't open this item. Unable to open the free/busy information. You don't have appropriate permissions to perform this operation." |
