Default How do I remove a folder that I created in Outlook's My Contacts?

Whenever I try to rename or remove a folder in My Contacts, I get the
message: Cannot delete this folder...check permissions...the folder is full.

So how can I get rid of, or rename a folder? Using Office 2007.

Can you shift+delete the folder?
Is the Deleted items folder empty? What version of Outlook did you use to
create the pst file? How large is the pst file?
