Default Opening Publisher 2002 files in Publisher 2007

I used Publisher 2002 on a Windows XP computer. I've upgraded to a Windows 7
machine with Publisher 2007. My 2002 Publisher files won't open on the new
computer. Anyone know why?

Is there an error message? Some virus software will prevent opening older
Publisher files. Take a look at the following article.
Error message when you try to open a publication in Publisher: "Publisher cannot
open the file" or "Publisher has detected a problem"
