Can the With Compliments card be used in a landscape rather than portrait
orientation?

Yes, but you will have to manually change the publication.

I"m not sure what you mean. I can't just go into page setup and have the
card, with design elements, adjust accordingly.

Are you using 2007?
Go to File, Page setup, Advance, reverse the measurements. Width 3.66 Height
8.5.
In the target sheet size select custom, 11 width, 8.5 height. No margins, you
should see 3 columns of 1 in the mini preview.

You will have to adjust your objects.
