Can the With Compliments card be used in a landscape rather than portrait

I"m not sure what you mean. I can't just go into page setup and have the
card, with design elements, adjust accordingly. With Compliments card
Are you using 2007?
Go to File, Page setup, Advance, reverse the measurements. Width 3.66 Height 8.5. In the target sheet size select custom, 11 width, 8.5 height.
