Does anyone have a good customer service template for Access ?
Using MS Acess 2000
I need a good customer service template for Access for tracking customer call ins, status and discussion of the call, follow up etc. This is for a furniture manufacturing company that needs to track problems with furniture retailers and end users for the sake of tracking cost of quality, problem customers, problem products etc. |

Why won't the "Service Call Management" template that comes with Access

I need something with more options like typed notes per call, multple

Seems to me you would take that template and modify it to meet your needs.
No one will have a pre-written product that meets your needs exactly. That is the whole point of using Access - you can make it do exactly what you want.
