Default Database Sharing.

I have an Access 2000 database that is used by many
people. Each person has a copy of the their own database
that has linked tables to a shared database that contains
the data. The issue is that as more people share the data
the slower it becomes.
Is there any way of improving the performance?

All help appreciated

Nick,

Have a look at Tony Toews' excellent article at:

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/performancefaq.htm

Chances are some of the tricks in there will make a world of difference.

HTH,
Nikos
