Default Contact not showing when selecting in To:

I have recently installed a new SBS 2003 server with Exchange 2003. I have a
user with Outlook 2002 who just ran into a problem when adding contacts. He
can add or delete a contact without any problem. BUT, when he goes to create
a new message and clicks the To... button to choose them from his contacts
list, the new contacts do not show up under Contacts in the Show Names from
the Contacts list. We've double-checked and they still exist in the Contacts
however.

This was not a problem until today. I've tried restarting Outlook, Detect
and Repair, but the problem still is present. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Thank you!

Oliver,

The article helped greatly. The "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book"
had mysteriously become unchecked. Thank you for your help!
