Copy/paste is the easiest way. You could open the Office Clipboard from edit if
you have more than one page to copy. You could minimize the Publisher document and drag the pages to the other Publisher document. If you have courage you could try this: http://msauer.mvps.org/combining_pub..._documents.htm -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "annabannana" 408 west 57 wrote in message ... is they any way to import a publisher page from one pub doc to another other than cut and past.? -- wild in woodbury |

How do you copy-paste a page? When I try this, it tries to copy
individual elements on the page rather than treating the page as one item. In powerpoint, they have slide-sorter view. This is great for copy-paste. Publisher should create a slide-sorter view. I know they aren't "slides". But it works and it's a useful organizing environment. They can call it "deck of cards" view or "survey view" or something. |

File, select all, copy. Or select all with the mouse, group, copy.

importing a publisher page to anothr publisher document
I'm trying to put pages from various publisher documents into the same
publisher document. If I try to select all-copy or use the clipboard it doesn't retain the original colours. It uses the colours from the document that is being copied in to. NOTE: All the documents have the same sheet size but use different layouts, fonts and colours. 1. Any ideas? 2. Why can you not just pick the page up from one publication and copy it in its entirety to another publisher document (much like you do with a worksheet in Excel)? Thanks. From Publisher's help
Your object is filled with a scheme color and you are pasting it into a publication with a different color scheme. The object is automatically filled with a color of the new publication's color scheme. If you want the object's color to remain unchanged, you need to select the object, and then fill it with a non-scheme color. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Richard" wrote in message ...
