How do I load a Visio 2003 file in Visio 2000?

Default How do I load a Visio 2003 file in Visio 2000?

I am prompted to dial an 0800 number (error 114) can anyone suggest a patch
etc to allow me to read Visio 2003 files?

The answer is "you cannot read v2003 in v2000", you have to use v2003.
