Default outlook contact

I have all my addresses in my outlook "Contact" but when I open my
Addressbook there is none found. How could I transfer or enable my
Addressbook to have the address in my Contact Folder? Appreciate all help and
advice.

Post your Outlook version, then.
Sounds like you just need to configure your Outlook Address Book. For some
versions, this will apply:
