Default How can I fold an 8.5 x 11 sheet in half and type on all 4 sides?

I have a rules and regulations sheet that I need to update. It is an 8.5x11
sheet of paper, folded in half side to side. I need to type on all 4 of the
sides that folding it in half creates. Everytime I try to create a blank
template through "page setup", it changes the size of the paper when I input
the 5.5x8.5 size the "pages" end up being. No matter what I try, it keeps
changing the numbers on me. I'll admit, I'm not very computer savvy, but
this is truly getting frustrating!! Any assistance would sure be
appreciated! Thanks...

This sounds like a 4 page booklet, so if you go to File Page setup
Layout and select Booklet LandScape then Printer and paper and select
Letter if you are in USA or A4 otherwise and landscape.
You will be asked to insert 3 pages to make 4 and away you go.

This is how with Publisher 2000

File
Page setup
Special fold
Landscape
It will now show the dimensions as Width 5.5" and Height 8.5"
OK

It will now ask you if you want 4 pages at a time; Yes

You now have a four page booklet. Time to create.

After you print the booklet be sure to do a File Save. This will save all
the above settings.
