WORD TABLES
Word does not continue a table heading if I insert a hard page break. This
is frustrating as I may only have half a page of text in a table and I have to enter down to the next page - not very professional. Could you please tell me what other way is there to continue with my table heading instead of hitting the enter key, which sometimes can be quite a few times. I look forward to your feedback |

WORD TABLES
If you insert a manual page break in a table, you split the table in two
separate tables. That is why the heading does not repeat in the next page - the two tables are no more connected. What to do instead: Select the row that you want to start on a new page, then select Format Paragraph Line and Page Breaks tab and turn on "Page break before". The result is that you still have one table and the header will repeat on the next page. -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Judy" wrote: Word does not continue a table heading if I insert a hard page break.
