Default How do I change "Document Titile" in a word import template?

When I import a word document using a design set word import wizard I get all the formatting including a text box on each page sayying "document title."

It's a 100 page document and I would like it to reflect the real name of the docuemen. I've tried to open the word import template to change it but it immediately wants a
word docuemnt to import and won't let me open it as a template. I looked at the Personal Settings but there is nothing there foe docuemtn tittle???

Thanks.
