Default Saving as PDF with multiple pages per sheet?

When I go to "Page Setup" then "Advanced" there is an option for "Multiple
pages per sheet". I'm trying to get 9 business cards on one page. I'm able to
do that with the advanced setting in "Page Setup". However, "Page Setup"
appears to only be for when printing.

How can I take (or recreate) the page setup I created so that my actual
document looks the same, so that I can then save it as a PDF with 9 business
cards showing on one page?

What size are your cards? If you manually arrange the cards then they should be
the same as a PDF as they are on your screen. Are you using pre-perforated
cards. I can't remember seeing a template with nine business cards. Are you
using A4 stock?

My cards are a verticle 2.25 X 3.75. I was able to fit 9 with the Page Setup,
by selecting A4 and a adjusting a few things. The problem is it didn't change
my actual document, it just prepared it for printing that way.

When I look at my document, it's 2.25 X 3.75. I want to look at it and see 9
of those on a sheet (A4) so I can save it as a PDF and take it somewhere to
get printed.

Is my only option to copy and past my document 9 times onto a blank A4
template?
