How do you copy/export contacts to the address book in Outlook 2003 when the
"Show this folder as an e-mail address book" option is not available and my
Outlook Address Book is already added in the E-Mail Accounts Directory?

Something is wrong with this picture. The option would be available if in
fact you had added the Outlook Address Book to your profile.
Read the instructions again:

Hi Russ,
Thanks for the info. I followed these same instructions before I posted to
the Duscussion Group. My Outllook Address Book is there. In fact I've tried
adding it again, which I'm not able to do becuase it's already there. I
still cannot select "Show this folder as an email address book". I'm
stumped. Could the following be factors:
I'm not using MS Exchange.
My email is internet based (I'm on a company LAN)
I've also loaded "Business Contacts Manager" (which I don't really need and
can remove if needed)
Thoughts?

Remove and re-add the Outlook Address Book Service, restarting Outlook in
between.

There is no copying or exporting involved. Read the directions:

Did you have a question of your own or did you just want to repost this one?
It's been answered many times here and appears in the KB:
