Default out of office help

I know there is a way to set it the out of office so it will send a response
every time instead of once; and understand the entire loop issue is can
cause. I was wondering if there is a way to set it up where the person gets
notified maybe once or twice a month of the out of office. Someone will be
out for about 3-4 months and they want to make sure the senders are reminded
of the absence.

Thanks a lot!

You do? How do you know?

(Hint: it's not possible using the OOA.)

Well you need to think VERY carefully before implementing any workaround (of
which I am not aware) because you will rapidly cheese people off with
constant OoO messages...

Could you cite one of those threads? All the threads I've seen say the OOA
can't do it, that you must use a rule if you want a response every time.
