Is there any way to do a word wrap in the header an Access form shown in
datasheet format?

I don't think so. I tried a few tricks, but none worked.
If anyone can do it, it would be Steven Lebans. Go browse through his site
and see if you can find anything .

In Form Datasheet view? No.
You can create a form in Continuous View which can be made to appear
very much like datasheet view. Then you can wrap text in the header as
much as you want.
