Default Importing Outlook 2000 contacts into client's Outlook 2003

I created a folder for one of my clients, in my Outlook 2003. My client has Outlook 2003. I exported her contact folder to a csv file and sent it to her via email.
Her Outlook 2003 won't accept this file to import.

Any suggestions on how we can get this csv file into Outlook 2003?

What happens when the user tries to import it?
