Inserting more than 1 Custom Properties field

Hi,

[Visio2002]

I am new to Visio. Currently I am trying to insert more
than one Custom Properties field for each object. When I
use Insert-Field, it will only display one field on the
page.

I use the Custom properties field because I get these
values from a Database. I require this info to be
displayed next the the object on the page/printout.

You can insert multiple fields if you are in text edit mode. Don't just
select the shape and choose Insert Field. Go into text edit mode first
and then insert the field. You can continue typing and add additional
fields as you like.
