Best way to get a border around text on connector

Hi,

I may be missing something simple, but is it possible in Vision 2003 to
apply a border to the text block that's part of a connector?

As a workaround, I tried adding a rectangle, moving it on top of the
connector, and grouping the two. However, when I then moved a shape connected
to the connector, the rectangle with my text did not move along with the
connector.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
