Default outlook deletes my contact e-mail address

when I enter an e-mail address to my address book, some of them save fine and
others will not. Especially if I have sent a message to this person before.
Outlook deletes the e-mail address automatically but saves everything else
just fine. Can someone please help me with this. I have tried everything;
distribution lists, checking for blocks in addresses and even deleted a
contact and tried to re-enter it. Nothing has seemed to work yet.

You haven't clarified what you are doing.
For starters the Address Book view should never be used to enter data. Use
your Contacts Folder.
