link contacts to fax address book

Default link contacts to fax address book

The boss just let me know that his microsoft fax doesn't show him an address book when he sneds a fax.
We're on back Office Small Business Server 4.5 and he's working on an NT machine. I've added the personal address book, and Fax address book to Outlook on his machine but there was no change. On my machine (operating in Windows 2000) the fax ruitine works fine and the Global contacts comes up when I select Address. On the bossed machine the Address button just un-highlights and doesn't go anywhere. Fax numers can be entered manually, the fax works okay, I just can't get the address book to open up.
Please help.

Specify your Fax software and Outlook version.
Define what you mean by "I added the Fax Address Book."
Specify how you configured the Outlook Address Book.
