Default Cannot check "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"

Hey Everyone!

We've got a client with an intresting situation.

They're running Outlook 2003 with Windows XP.

No matter what they do though, they can't seem to get the address books
working, they can't check the "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"
checkbox. It's grayed out!

I've tried creating a new Personal Folders setup, and building a new
contacts folder there, and still nothing.
We've exported the contacts to a CSV file, and the imported them back into a
new personal folders, just incase there was some form of corruption.

It's rather...frustrating.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

-Matt

Did you add the Outlook Address Book Service to the profile?

You know, I wouldn't doubt that that's it. I'll check with the client in
the morning.

Thanks Russ!
