Default appointment time intervals

How can I make the appointment times every 15 minutes rather than every half
hour?

Right click in the time scale on a day view and choose a different interval
size

I did a right click and do not see any time scale options. The software from
which I am transferring my data is Palm, which allowds5 minute resolution.
