Contacts address book corrupted!
1.When the client goes to send a new mail message.
2.Click the To: button 3.Selects Contacts fromt the address book options 4.Selects a user in the contacts list 5.Types a message to the user 6.Clicks send 7.Message comes back to the inbox. "Message undeliverable" At the same time we can type the exact same E-Mail address into the To: line "same address as the corresponding contacts user" and the message will send just fine. This fails with any user that we try from the contacts folder. When we send fromt the global address book everything works perfectly? Any ideas.... |

incorrect or not valid. Hi Ryan and Russ!
I'm having the same problem as Ryan. We just reinstalled exchange 2003 after our hard drive crashed and now whenever anyone tries to send an email using the "To:" contacts list, it gets bounced back. We've already followed all of the suggestions so far, are there any other ideas you can think of?
