Performance Analyser comment
Hi
The performance analyer suggests mu forms should have fewer controls. What is regarded as the optimal numbero f controls to have on a form. My forms have been developed from a questionnaire and therefore many of the controls are simply YES/NO boxes. I don't want to create sub-forms or pop-ups as there is no need but i'm concerned if i could be affecting the DB performance. Is there a section to increase the number of form controls to turn this off. More importantly is there an issue here. regards chris |

As the analyzer indicated, you need a completely different design for this
kind of database. You can download an example questionnaire database to see the structure you need from: http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/Otherdownload.asp?SampleName='At%20Your%20Survey%2 02000' -- Allen Browne - Microsoft MVP. Perth, Western Australia. Tips for Access users - http://allenbrowne.com/tips.html Reply to group, rather than allenbrowne at mvps dot org. "AFKAFB" wrote in message oups.com...
