Default Cell Reference Issue

One of our users opens excel up and for some reason the R1C1 Reference Style
is ticked, which shows the numbers across the top of the sheet. The user can
take this off by going into.

Tools - Options - General and removing the tick.
However when the user closes excel and goes back into it, it defaults back
to the numbers across the top.

I log in as admin and as myself and this does not happen. when i log in as
these users it is set to the default of letters across the top.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
Craig

Hi, Craig. You must be searching (an option in the search) AND viewing (an
option in Windows) hidden/system files.
