"bolding" the entire document instead of only specified line...
Hi! Does anyone else have this problem -
Whenever I select a single line of my document and then hit bold (becuase I only want that one line to be bold) Word changes my entire document to be bold. So then I have to hit the undo button, at which point Word does what I originally wanted, and leaves just that one line bold. If I were to hit the undo button twice, then it would go back to how it was before I tried to bold that one line and nothing would be bold. This is especially a problem with outlines, etc. because whenever I attempt to change the font formating of just certain lines of the outline, the entire outline changes to that font format and all the indents, etc. go away so it is just a crazy long, single level list with so many entries the letters are like xyx), xyy), etc. Is there a way to be able to select just any one line and change that line's font formating without Word applying it to my entire document and messing up the rest of my formating? Thank you!! |
