Default e-mailing

I get these links that say please respond or give us your opinion and then it
will come up looking like a word document. However, I have been unable to
figure out how to send it. It has the email address, but nowhere am I seeing
the send button. I tried to cut and paste, but I did something wrong or
missed an instruction. If anyone can figure out 1) what I'm trying to
describe and 2) has an answer that is simple for me to understand, I'd surely
appreciate it!!!

This newgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a realtional database
application.
From your post, we have no idea what type of "document" to which you are
referring.

If it truly is a "link", then the document you fill out doesn't need to
be "sent." The web site has the information you entered.
For example, if I fill out an order form on Amazon.com... I don't "send"
it anywhere. Amazon has the completed order in their Orders daabase.
