Default let Powerpoint use mp4 format for music in presentations

Is there any other way of using a mp4 in power point, other than changing it
to a mp3 .

Default let Powerpoint use mp4 format for music in presentations

Unfortunately, this newsgroup which is about Microsoft Access database
software is not a good place to post a suggestion about PowerPoint. Also,
when you find the appropriate newsgroup, I'd suggest you state your
suggestion as such, rather than as a question.
