Default everyone in network gets calendar invites even though not invited

It sounds as if users have rights to each others calendars. Check the
Delegates tab on the Tools\Options. See what the permissions are for the
delegates; there is a check box on the Delegates Permissions page that says
"Delegate receives copies of meeting-realted messages sent to me."

When I schedule a meeting or get invited to a meeting on a single calendar
invitations are being sent to all employees in my firm even though only one
is selected in the "to:" line
and on the Schedule tab. How can I stop invitations from being sent to
everyone? Thanks
Example, if calendar meeting request sent to JoeD , the only name in the To:
field of the calendar inviatation, 10 different employees get the invitation,
plus the Administrator username of the network.
We do share calendars with editor priveledges as we add/delete events into
each others callendars.
