Default Microsoft Clip Art and Microsoft Works 7.0

I have Windows XP which came installed with Microsoft Works 7.0.

I cannot figure out how to download clip art from the Microsoft site to my
hard drive. Apparently, it does not automatically install into a clip art
folder. I have looked through the "help" and cannot find what I need to
know. When you right click on a clip on the microsoft site, you see three
options. I right clicked on "copy" but there are no other options and don't
know what to do from there.

Apparently there is no clip art gallery in Microsoft Works 7.0 . . bad . .
bad decision. Don't like it. Guess I will have to download my clip art from
other sites on the internet since apparently the Microsoft site is not
compatible with the already installed Microsoft Works 7.0. Maybe they should
change the name from Microsoft Works because it doesn't WORK !!!!!

Which site did you go to? Was it:
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/....aspx?lc=en-us ? You would
perhaps get more attention if you provided more information and if your
posted to microsoft.public.works.win {the newsgroup for Microsoft Works
Windows} instead of a newsgroup for Microsoft Office {they are not the
same}.

At the above site, if I click on the drop down menu for a specific clipart
and select Copy, the clipart is copied to the Clipboard and I can paste it
into any image compatible application such as Microsoft Word.

1) Windows XP did *not* come with Works - the vendor chose to include
Works.
2) This is an *OFFICE* group - Works is *not* Office. If you're having
issues with Works may I suggest you post in the correct place
(microsoft.public.works.win).

Do you have the Works Suite with Word ? Works has it's own clipart. Works
suite with Word will have either Clip Gallery or Clip Organizer (Word 2002
and Newer) You need Clip Gallery or Clip Organizer in order to be able to
download clips. You can copy and paste the bitmap images from the Clipart
and Media site.
