Send and recieve not working

I need your help please my outlook will not recieve emails, it says it is
recieving 74 emails, they all go through but nothing goes in my inbox, I cant
send email either it comes up with this - c:/documents and
settings/myname/local settings/application/microsoft/outlook/outlook.pst.

I cant delete emails in my inbox either.

any chance you know what this means and how to fix it??

I have looked on my webmail and all the new emails are coming to the
account, its just I cant see them on my outlook 2003.

There's more to the message than just the name of the PST. Please include the
entire error message.

Are you filtering your view? View Current View Messages (is what should
be checked)

Is there an error message when you send and/or receive? Enable the view of
your send/receive progress. There is an error tab that you can click on to
watch for any error to pop up.

Have you tried scanning your PST for errors?
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/aboutpst.htm will detail how to locate the
PST, how to repair it using scanpst.exe, and other information.
