keep with next" not function
When using the Heading styles, the "keep with next" option is selected,
however the following paragraph will be on the next page and doesn't bring the heading with it.

Is there an empty paragraph after the heading? (Click the ΒΆ to turn on
nonprinting formatting marks.) If so, delete it. You can can specify extra space after a heading in its style settings.
