Default Table Wizard not showing Sample Tables & Sample Fields

I have a user using MS Access 2002 that whenever they try to "Create table by using wizard" the areas under Sample Tables and Sample Fields are all blank.

I checked my computer also using Access 2002 and the Table Wizard has tables and fields to choose from as expected.

I have tried searching Microsoft's site and also Google searched but have not found anything to help solve the problem or at least point me in the right direction.
I already tried copying the following files from my good computer to the user's bad computer:
ACWZMAIN.MDE
ACWZDAT.MDT
ACWZLIB.MDE
ACWZTOOL.MDE
ACWZUSR.MDT
UTILITY.MDA
This still did not fix the problem of the missing Sample Tables and Fields.
Anyone know how to fix this? From what source does Access retrieve the list of these items, from a file, from the registry, ???

I think this uses a combination files including ACWZDAT.MDT and
ACWZMAIN.MDE. The "access" to these is through entries in the registry. Have
you tried a reinstall/update to include the additional wizards?

I find it just as easy to create my own. There are so many "mis-features"
available in table/field properties that I would rather build from scratch.
I use strict naming conventions in all tables that would require editing
everything created by the wizard.

The user I am helping out is limited in her database/computer skills. She
just uses the mailing list attributes when using the Table Wizard for some
mailing thing she does.
I have already replaced the files I mentioned with good ones so perhaps by
doing some reregistering that might do the trick.
I think I will try the following steps before giving up and just
reinstalling Access. I will do this next week since the user wasn't
available today.

1. regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\DAO360.DLL"
2. regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\system\ado\MSADO15.DLL"
3. regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\ACCWIZ.DLL"
4. Reinstall latest MDAC files.
5. Add/Remove Programs and Repair Access.
6. If none of these work then just reinstall Access.
