Autofit is giving me fits
I am using Tables in Word 2002, and Autofit seems to do exactly the opposite
of what I am asking it to do. When I go to Table + Autofit to Window, the table runs off the right hand margin. In other words, the columns disappear off the right side of the page. Sometimes a table that is entrely on the page will do this AFTER I hit Autofit to page! How do I correct this problem? Thanks! |

Autofit is giving me fits
Does this happen in a specific document or in all blank documents?
If this happens in all documents created from normal.dot (the blank document template), you may want to rename it and have Word create a new one for you. See instructions at http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/...ocNotBlank.htm. For existing documents, see the "How can I fix a corrupt document?" section in the article at http://word.mvps.org/faqs/apperrors/CorruptDoc.htm. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Mark" wrote in message link.net...
