I am preparing a resume for a friend from a CD. It loads fine onto the
computer and into Works (program it was created in). I can print it and it
prints in English. I've been trying to transfer to Microsoft Office Word and
it prints in some sort of weird lettering. I cannot figure out how to make
it print in English. Help!

Do you have the correct converter installed for the version of Works in
question? Older converters can be downloaded from my web site. Recent ones
are included with Word but may not be installed by default.
