Default Same note in Multiple Contacts.

I am looking for a way to insert the same note in multiple contacts. For
example, I'd like log a mailing in 400 contacts. Is there a way to do this
without having to cut & paste the note into each contact record?
Thank you.

THe only way to do that would be to write your own VBA code to update the value of the Body property for each item. Outlook VBA basics start at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/vbabasics.htm
